Empowerment Through Grief

Walking Your Journey of Loss

Grief was something I understood from a distance—a concept I knew about but hadn’t experienced personally. That changed during my first year as a therapist, when I encountered loss in profound ways: loss of a loved one, missed opportunities for growth, and grief brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. That same year, I trained in grief group therapy, which helped me find healing within my passion. Supporting others through their grief taught me that the process is deeply personal and non-linear. Grief isn’t something to move on from—it’s something to integrate in a way that brings meaning and peace.

Individual Grief Therapy

Grief therapy provides a compassionate space to explore your loss—whether it’s the passing of a loved one, a missed opportunity, or a life transition that has reshaped your world. This process isn’t about “moving on” but about finding ways to live with your loss that honors your experience and allows you to reconnect with strength and meaning. In therapy, we’ll process the emotions tied to your grief, explore how it has shaped your relationships and identity, and find ways to preserve a sense of connection to what you’ve lost. Together, we’ll work to integrate your grief into a life that feels more whole.
